fibers and accessories, instruction in special classes
and other niceties, Stitches by the Bay offers its clientele
an array of special services, such as project finishing,
custom design and stitching. We are also proud to offer
private lessons and creative consultations from June McKnight,
our in-house teacher.

Do
you have a project sitting in your stash that you're not
sure how to start? Enjoy the luxury of undivided personalized
instruction at your own pace with the world’s premiere
needlepoint instructor. $65 per hour, by appointment on
Thursdays and Fridays.
Creative
Consultations from June McKnight
If
you would like special guidance but live too far away
or cannot attend one of our fun and informative classes
at Stitches by the Bay, then a personal Creative Consultation
is the answer. Select a canvas from the store’s collection
or mail in a project from your own personal stash. Fill
out the Creative Consultation form so that your special
requirements are known. Then June will begin the creative
process of selecting the threads and creating the stitches
just for you. In about 6 to 8 weeks you will receive an
entire booklet dedicated to you and your project! It will
be like taking one of June's needlepoint classes in the
comfort of your own home. In fact, all you will need to
do is to put on your sweats and pop a romantic comedy
into the VCR or DVD to indulge in your very own private

Send in your completed needlepoint to be
fabricated by our expert finishers. Call us for the delivery

Would
you like us to complete a canvas you started or stitch
the whole canvas? Ease the guilt and let us send it to
our stitching service. All you have to do is send the
thread with your project and they will finish stitching
it for you - you don't even have to tell anyone!! Our
expert stitchers also do decorative stitches!
Custom
Design
If
you have a special design you would like to have painted
on canvas, such as your pet, house, boat or Uncle Fred,
send us the picture. We'll have our artist create your
custom needlepoint design on top-quality canvas.
