Stitches by the Bay is where you’ll find thousands of sensational threads and incredible hand-painted canvases from all the popular designers. Many of the terrific classes you’ve heard so much about are held right here, conducted by June McKnight. We’re near the heart of Steinbeck’s historic Cannery Row in Monterey, California.

We’re easy to find. Take the Pacific Grove/Del Monte Blvd. exit off Highway One. Drive past Fishermen's Wharf through the tunnel and follow the signs for the Aquarium. We are located in the third block of Foam Street on the right side of the street in a pretty, new Mediterranean building.

Come in and meet the staff. Esther Rodriguez is newer to stitching but loves to help pick out canvases and threads. Just be careful, she can sell you almost anything! Caitlin Greenlee is often in the shop on Saturdays. This senior in high school is great with color and the perfect person to help you if you're stitching for a younger person and need some advice. June McKnight is our featured teacher, who also offers private lessons and creative consultations. What can we say about June other than "it's JUNE!!"
